What is the minimum project investment?+
Custom Toksa projects currently begin at $10,000. Final pricing depends on dimensions, materials, cabinetry, lighting, integrations, access, and complexity.
What is included in the $199 appointment?+
Professional measurements, a visible-condition review of the space, material and finish direction, project requirements, a preliminary concept, an approximate visualization, and a planning estimate. The full $199 is credited when you move forward.
Is the planning range a final quote?+
No. The final scope and price are confirmed after measurements, material selection, supplier verification, site-condition review, and agreement on installation details.
How are changes and additional costs handled?+
The approved agreement identifies the included scope, materials, fabrication, and installation. Requested changes or concealed site conditions are explained and approved in writing before additional work begins.
Which areas do you serve?+
We serve Miami-Dade, Broward County, and selected southern Palm Beach County projects. A strong project outside the primary service area can still be submitted for individual review.
