When you submit a project inquiry or book an appointment, we may collect your name, email, mobile number, project address, property type, project scope, budget, timing, notes, selected appointment time, payment status, and basic referral or campaign information.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your project, coordinate an appointment, process payment through Stripe, send transactional messages through ZeptoMail, prepare project planning, prevent double booking, protect the site from abuse, and understand which marketing channels generate qualified appointments.
Payments and service providers
Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Toksa Design on this website. Transactional email is handled through ZeptoMail. Hosting, database, analytics, and address-suggestion providers may process limited data needed to deliver their services.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure page views, campaign parameters, and booking events, and we may use Google Ads conversion measurement. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or full project addresses to advertising analytics platforms.
Retention and choices
We retain inquiry, appointment, payment-reference, and project records as reasonably needed for business, tax, dispute, and security purposes. You may ask us to review or correct information you submitted by email.
