In-home design & measurement appointment
The appointment fee is $199. It covers professional field measurements, a visible-condition review of the wall or space, discussion of materials and project requirements, preliminary design direction, an approximate visualization, and a planning estimate delivered on the date agreed with you.
The full $199 is credited toward your Toksa Design project when you approve and move forward with the project proposal.
Confirmation
Selecting a time does not confirm the appointment. The time is held temporarily while checkout is completed. The appointment becomes confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment and the booking record is updated.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free. For a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours, $99 of the appointment fee is retained.
Property access and no-show
An adult must provide safe, timely access to the project area. If a Toksa representative arrives and cannot enter the property or access the agreed space, the full $199 is non-refundable.
Project minimum
Toksa Design custom projects currently begin at $10,000. The appointment is intended for projects at or above that investment level. The planning estimate provided after the visit is not a final quote or contract.
